Lithia Spring’s recently held its grand reopening. This is Apex Supply’s second ProStock location in the Atlanta marketplace featuring Rheem branded replacement parts. The showroom has been redesigned into a more retail type location, with color coded place cards above the isles, making it easier for customers to find their parts, tools and supplies faster. Brad Davis, Marketing Manager, revealed that the ProStock parts counter was opened as part of a focus for Total Customer Service. He notes, “In a tough economy, replacement parts are being used more than ever and have less of an impact to the home owner instead of installing a brand new system. We are committed to having the parts you need. Our overall focus in the Southeast is always to have 100% Customer Satisfaction.”
